Manhattan General Service is part of Area 49, South Eastern New York (SENY). In SENY, we have a county service structure. The county structure includes one linguistic Hispanic district that serves all Hispanic groups in SENY. About half the counties in SENY, including Manhattan, are divided into districts. In some of these counties, districts meet separately from the county meeting. In other counties, the county serves as the district. Each of the counties and the linguistic Hispanic district has a District Committee Member Chair (DCMC).
